Taekwondo Nova Scotia invites all members and interested parties to attend our upcoming Annual General Meeting. The AGM is open to all members and guests. Voting eligibility is as follows, in accordance with the TKDNS Bylaws: Regular Members aged 18 and older β full voting rights on all business before the meeting, including plans, budgets, and any resolutions. Regular Members aged 16 and 17 β voting rights on the approval of annual plans and budgets only. As this is not an election year, no restrictions on slate voting apply to the general business of this meeting. Regular Member status requires a Kukkiwon 1st Dan or higher and membership in good standing with TKDNS and an affiliate school. Members are asked to ensure their Kukkiwon certificate number is on file with the Association prior to the meeting. Taekwondo Members, Family Members, and guests are welcome to attend and observe.
